Ingredients
- 60 g spelt flour
- 60 g rye flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- A handful of dried fruits, chopped
- A handful of nuts or seeds, chopped
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 200 ml milk of choice
- 60 ml honey
Instructions
- Mix everything together
- Bake at 180° C for 30 minutes
- Freeze for at least 4 hours
- Thinly slice and bake again for 2 times 12 minutes at 150° C
