Crackers

Ingredients

  • 60 g spelt flour
  • 60 g rye flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • A handful of dried fruits, chopped
  • A handful of nuts or seeds, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 200 ml milk of choice
  • 60 ml honey

Instructions

  • Mix everything together
  • Bake at 180° C for 30 minutes
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours
  • Thinly slice and bake again for 2 times 12 minutes at 150° C
