Ingredients
- 150 g dates
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 100 g spelt flakes
- 75 g Goji berries
- 75 g pumpkin seeds
- 150 g flaxseeds
- 75 g sunflower seed
- 50 g cocoa nibs
- 25 g chia seeds
Instructions
- let the dates and cinnamon simmer for a few minutes with about 100-200ml of water
- Mix all the other ingredients
- fold the mix under the dates
- press the mass into a baking form
- bake for about 30 minutes at 180° C
- Cut into bars
