Power bars

Ingredients

  • 150 g dates
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 100 g spelt flakes
  • 75 g Goji berries
  • 75 g pumpkin seeds
  • 150 g flaxseeds
  • 75 g sunflower seed
  • 50 g cocoa nibs
  • 25 g chia seeds

Instructions

  1. let the dates and cinnamon simmer for a few minutes with about 100-200ml of water
  2. Mix all the other ingredients
  3. fold the mix under the dates
  4. press the mass into a baking form
  5. bake for about 30 minutes at 180° C
  6. Cut into bars
