very yummy Cinnamon- Apple-Tartelettes

Damn. These are soo good. You will absolutely love those. And they hate me. Because you will want another one. 😁😁😁

You will need:

  • Dough that we already have from making our cookies (I told ya to make more dough, remember? Just in case you did NOT do that, no worries, just head over the other recipe, I will stay here and wait – and maybe, have a drink πŸ™‚
  • 1 apple
  • 1 little spoon of cinnamon
  • 3 big spoons of sugar
  • a little bit of butter
  • those sweet tartelette baking forms

  1. Preheat your oven on about 180*C
  2. peel and cut your apple
  3. heat the apple with sugar and cinnamon and the salt in a pot on your stove – it should look and smell like compote now (hmmm)
  4. take a pin roll or a wine bottle and roll out the dough
  5. put the tartelette forms with some butter for a moment in the oven so that the butter melts
  6. brush in the butter so that the tartelettes won’t stick later
  7. lay the dough in the forms
  8. add your compote
  9. cut some thin strings out of the dough and lay them across your tartelette – if you want to go pro, you can try to weave that as well πŸ™‚
  10. bake for 20 minutes
  11. take it out of the oven, don’t let it cool down but
  12. Add some vanilla ice cream.

Enjoy! Before you burn your mouth it’s a nice idea to take a pic for your insta and tag me with #THXTHATKitchenPrincess
