Homemade Granola

ok, here is the deal: do this now, thank me later. I started to make granola for my ‘Joghurt & Fruit’ breakfast by stealing the recipe of a friend. But after I made it a few times, I wanted to experiment with it. You will need about

  • 200g mixed nuts/almonds
  • 100g mixed seeds
  • 1 big spoon of coconut oil
  • 1-2 big spoons of honey
  • 1 egg white
  • 200g oatmeal
  • a pinch of salt
  1. Preheat the oven on about 160* C
  2. If you chose big nuts, cut them, I prefer to not cut everything too small though
  3. Mix everything
  4. Heat the mix in a pot on your stove – this step is just to melt the coconut oil
  5. lay the mix on a baking tray
  6. bake for 30 – 40 minutes, stir it from time to time
  7. take it out of the oven
  8. let it cool down
  9. Put it in a fancy jar.
