ok, here is the deal: do this now, thank me later. I started to make granola for my ‘Joghurt & Fruit’ breakfast by stealing the recipe of a friend. But after I made it a few times, I wanted to experiment with it. You will need about
- 200g mixed nuts/almonds
- 100g mixed seeds
- 1 big spoon of coconut oil
- 1-2 big spoons of honey
- 1 egg white
- 200g oatmeal
- a pinch of salt
- Preheat the oven on about 160* C
- If you chose big nuts, cut them, I prefer to not cut everything too small though
- Mix everything
- Heat the mix in a pot on your stove – this step is just to melt the coconut oil
- lay the mix on a baking tray
- bake for 30 – 40 minutes, stir it from time to time
- take it out of the oven
- let it cool down
- Put it in a fancy jar.
